Birthday temptations.....

So, after much deliberation my little sister has decided to go to butlins in three weeks for her 21st Birthday on a boozey weekend with myself and some of our closest friends.

With Birthdays come cake! God I love Birthday cake Om nom! And with a boozey weekend comes lots of calorific cocktails/alcohol and no doubt lots of late night takeaway and convenient junk food!

More importantly, Butlins has a delicious PappaJohns all-you-can-eat buffet which I almost always rape the shit out of every time I go. Hmmmmm

How am I am going to limit myself and try to change a lifetime of habit? I know easy it is to put over 7pounds on in less than 4days so Im really apprehensive.

Currently Im trying to research alcohol thats less calorific and will still get me drunk enough to endure the embarrasing antics we will certainly be getting up to. A key thing to remember here I think will be 'Know your limits!'

I plan to enjoy my long weekend with the girls (and the gays) but combine that with lots of swimming as Butlins have some great water-leisure facilities. Butlins is great for a piss up weekend because once your in all the facilities and entertainment are FREE. So...if swimmings FREE and I LOVE swimming then theres nothing holding me back.

Ill update you on the sucess of this challenge when I return from the birthday celebrations in a few weeks. For anyone out there who knows of alacoholic drinks which are less calorific then answers on a postcard please.

  1. I don't no if it's healthy but in weight watchers points gin and tonic and vodka tonic are only 3 points which is good!... Also diet coke is 0 points so if you have dietcoke and vodka I'm assuming that would be 3 points too!... Xx
