This week I gained two pounds which was rather expected considering Iv been to Lincoln for five days followed by Sheffield for three. So, eating out, being sociable almost every day and drinking in bars have been the causing factor behind this little gain.


Monday there was cocktails and a drunken Pizza, there were two days where I ate fahitas, an all you can eat chinese and so on.


Its important to be honest with myself and important with the many people who read this blog so this is why I have decided to list my sucesses as well as my downfalls. Plus, Iv got to ccept the fact Im not going to lose weight EVERY week. Now Im back home I can go on the wii or the trampoline as I love exercising in the comfort of my own home environment. Now Im back home and have routine as I did in week one (9lbs lost) I think temptation will be far less than this week's.

The fact is, I now weigh a whole 1/2 stone lighter than I did two/three weeks ago and thats still so,ething to be very proud of. Its just a case of getting back on it....back on it 'like a car bonnet'!

  1. Very proud of you for not letting the weight gain get yo down. It is difficult when you are trying to lose weight and you see weight gain, it is so frustrating but yo got this:)!! You are going to be successful. Keep at it. I have to admit that when you are out of your comfort zone it does make it more difficult to exercise, trust, I currently find myself studying abroad and have gained weight being here and it is hard because I have no access to a gym and even running out in the open is different because it is a cultural issue, so I can not wait to get back home. Keep on posting your ;)!
