Exercise: Love Vs Hate

I appreciate that in order to loose some serious weight, a healthy diet plan must run along side a strong effective exercise regime. With that said, I STILL hate exercise.....everything about it apart fromt he great buzz you get afterwards. I hate the yucky feeling you get, I hate feeling all flustered and yet I know its the only thing thats going to keep me from achieving my goals. Here I have attached a picture just to proove how unattractive and unappealing I appear following a work out....why oh why on earth would some women happily do this to themselves at the gym when other people can see? I do it from the comfort of my own home and still close the blinds LOL. Yes it must be agreed that no woman should go out modelling the scrapped back hair/shiney sweaty face look (especially if she's still single)!

Exercise and I have a love hate relationship. At the moment Im loving the way its making me feel so great: my skin feels healthier, my body feels healthier and most importantly I hope it'll speed up my weight-loss.

Iv not work out this hard since I was at Secondary school playing Hockey, after those PE lessons Id return to the changing room all red faced, sweaty and proud of the effort I'd put in. Similiarly, today I felt that same sence of pride in myself as Id pushed through the cronic monthly back pain and still been determined to do my daily workout.
