Most would agree that dieting foods can often be very repetitive and boring, salad is often the main culpret. Yes, salad can be lovely and enjoyable on a hot summers day if you need that refreshing injection of crunchy goodness BUT if you have it every single day then it will soon become teadious and dull!
On the other hand, one low fat meal that I have eaten every morning of this new healthy lifestyle and still have yet to become bored or unsatisfied with is...my runny eggs and unbuttered bread for dipping! Its so god damn tasty, takes just a few minutes to cook plus its always been one of my favs since I was a kid.
As I mentioned in my previous post I went out lastnight with my a few close friends for a night on the town. All i can say is, after almost 4 weeks of worshiping my body as a temple and NOT filling it with complete and utter shite it is playing having this morning...stomach cramps! bad wind! everything.....Those sugary drinks didnt do my tummy any good at all and its clear to say im paying the price now.
Weigh-in day Sunday this week because Im going to Sheffield Monday and so won't be near my scales.....
