Weight loss update.....

Iv been both excited and apprehensive about Monday's big weigh-in.....its the first time ever that Iv designed an exercise plan I can realistically stick to n enjoy and also follow through too. Overall, I feel healthier and more in control of my own eating habits, going without those yummy naighty foods no longer takes over my life which is great! It true what people say....exercise is a mind, body and soul thing rather than just a physical workout. I know Im going to feel really gutted come Monday if Iv lost little or even worse...nothing!

Today Iv come up against a great obstical, Mother Nature's Monthly unwelcome gift has been delivered unfortunatley and along with this comes cronic back pain and a HUGE desire to eat everything that isn't glued down. Im still determined that this pain in my back will NOT get in the way of me doing my JUSTDANCE workout. So, my plan is to do distract my mind by building on my photoalbums (a project Iv been working on for a few months now) and then do my workout a little later than usual.

Additionally, my partner Andrews still lossing weight, since February he's lost 1.5stone on top of the weight he'd already lost last year, together we are stronger but at times we can tempt eachother too. He was particularly impressed when I turned down Yoyos 'All you can eat Chinese' and opted for an all you can eat Grill, Pasta and Salad bar at Harvester yesterday. My aim for next year is to be lighter, fitter and healthier

This 4 stone is going to go whether it likes it or not, its going....!
