Until today I felt like Id lost all motivation, after moving to Sheffield and starting a new job there have been constant temptation and stress related eating. Additionally, having to wake up at 6.45 EVERY weekday and having long induction days means I'm constantly hungry as my days feel twice as long as per usual. Looking at clothes in New Look this morning has given me a huge kick up the butt to continue. This week me and Andrew are moving into our first home together s there'll undoubtedly be lots to do, lots to unpack and lots of late night temptations to munch on something fatty and quick. Iv come so far but not really lost any weight in two weeks so desperatley need a jump start on this healthy eating lifestyle.
Friends at work are interested in joining the gym and Iv been invited along too, I guess I just need to bite the bullet and go ahead and participate too.
Weight in day Monday....I want at least 2/3pounds weight loss this week so fingers crossed.
