Its not good news at all....Im back to old habits...eating shite, eating late at night and generally doing no exercise whilst failing to give a shit about my weight.
Iv put 10lbs of the 18lbs I lost eight back on and couldn't be more disgusted in myself at the moment. Starting this new job and moving into a new house with my Fella has just taken its toll on me and made rapidly sink back into my bad eating habits yet again.
I need to take action NOW before I woke up one morning to find Iv put ALL of my weight back on.
My biggest temptations at the moment are chocolate cookies and alcohol (obviously not together). I just need to get my arse back into gear before I make so major damage.
Regular blogging is needed to keep me on track so stay tuned for updates.
