Water Challenge....

                             Lets see if this works......
 Great news....Collegues at work have commented on how Iv lost weight to my face....this is always a good sign that whatever I am doing is working.

A healthier lifestyle is all about making small changes....this week i decided to make a small change and 
drink lots more water in a bid to increase my weight-loss.

Normally, I drink two glasses of fizzy Pepsi Max (0 Calories) each day and NEVER drink water simply because I find it to be dull and bland in taste.

However, I have been drinking 2-3 pints of chilled water every day for the past 6 days and will see whether it has made a difference at tomorrow's weigh-in.

Fingers crossed.
