Seeing as the last 48hours have been a minor slip up in terms of my dieting success I have decided to make a list of the reasons why Im setting myself this challenge....
1) To look fab at my graduation
2) To fit into the lovely clothes I have in my wardobe
3) To shop in any clothing store/boutique instead of improvising or shopping in 'fat lady shops!'
4) To prove everyone wrong!
5) To be even happier with who I am as a person
6) To improve my overall health and extend my life
7) Teach myself better eating/excercising habits which will continue throughout my life
8) To do the 'before and after' photograph which you see in all the weight-loss magazines
9) To settle a body burden Iv had even since I was a child
10) New job, new start, new me!
