Tomorrow is weight in day and Iv got a feeling iv lost nothing yet again! Really annoyed. I'm still not having breakfast and not snacking in between meals but maybe that's where I'm going wrong....I'm plan to look into having a low fat breakfast. Wish me luck. I can feel the 10lbs Xmas weight loss target slowly slipping away. With two weeks annual leave starting today and lots of meals out, family visiting etc I doubt Ill be loosing any more weight this year. I'm so tempted just to calm down the dieting until after Christmas but I also know that my body's been known to gain over 10lbs in one week if I totally think 'stuff it' so perhaps leaving it to its own devices isn't a great idea. Tonight I'm gong to ask Andrew if he can hide the scales cause they're seriously depressing me. This evening he's cooking me some fresh Sea-bass with spices and Im going to have mine with a mountain of salad.....As I said previously, its weigh-in day tomorrow and regardless of the outcome I shall keep you all informed and up to date.
