This week Iv lost 1lb and although it doesn't seem much if I do say so myself, Iv always said that no matter how little the I lose at the end of a week....a loss is a loss!
As of yesterday Iv been changing my approach. Previously I was just eating when I was hungry....so mainly lunch time and tea-time. However, after several comments stressing the importance of a good breakfast I decided to force myself to eat something first thing in a morning. Consuming a healthy breakfast has always been an issue for me for two reasons....1) I love cereals but my body reacts horribly towards milk and causes severe stomach pains and 2) I just simply do not feel hungry until lunch time.
Andrew (my partner) has been on a new high fibre diet where he eats a bowl of x2 weetabix, Branflakes and frosties (all at once) followed by two crumpets....then he has nothing to eat until his evening meal which is always healthy and very tasty. in the past 2 weeks he lost TEN pounds and has done NO EXECERISE and still cheated along the way. on the down side (for me) he doesn't smell too good and we've got through extra toilet rolls recently if you know what I mean. Im extremely happy for him and he's well on target for loosing a stone by Christmas, I however have another 11 pounds to go yet but Im keeping positive....wish me luck!
