Together me and Andrew have followed this year's Biggest loser UK contestants every step of their amazing transformation and certainly didnt feel let down by the big reveals on finals night. WOW in just under 6 months one young girl (Jessie) had transformed herself; new confidence, new body and perhaps most noticable of all....a new smile....She was beaming because she had put in all of the hard work and could now enjoy a happier, sexier body. I'v kept this episode on Sky Planner for times I may need quick inspiration or a little kick up the bottom, this will serve as a instant reminder that If I put the hard work in it'll only be a matter of time before I can enjoy the same benefits as Jessie does now.
