Modelling my new purchases |
A few weeks ago, I suddenly became very adjudicated by the fact that my entire collection of bottom wear were depressing black shades. It was then I became slightly obsessed with replacing these dreary rags, so off I went to the high street.
For weeks I visited many stores trying on jeans, trousers and various other monstrosities Id successfully avoided in my 24 years of life.
You see, you problem is my body shape. When man was created most people were given symetrical proportional body parts and me? well... Im a little like Mrs. Potatoe head (Made up of all the parts which were left over). I have skinny arms, short legs, small bust but a large tummy; in time I have come to accept these imperfections but still I must dress according to this dictated frame.
After trying lots of jeans on over the past few weeks I have concluded that even trying on petite lengths I simply do NOT suit casual jeans. I have sicne settled for the next best thing; Jeggings (a combination of a jean look with the stretch and body sculpting
abilities of a pair of leggins.
In love <3 |
Also, here you can see me rocking my latest purchase; my cute from knitted cardigan from Peacocks. I find Peacocks is very much like Primarni; sometimes its full of nothing and on other occasions there are lots of hidden gems. Its clear to say I am becoming slightly obsessed with Knitwear, hey worse things have happened Hehehe.
May the wardrobe transformation continue!
