Naughty munching excuses (Viral Video)

Whilst searching for random things on Youtube this morning I can across a stroke of pure creative genius; a viral video titled 'It doesn't count if' was introduced by a low budget comedienne. As a recognition of its great popularity this viral piece has now been snapped up by the KFC food chain. The video takes a comedic spin on the diverse excuses women use when eating something naughty.

This is completely relevant and factual if you ask me, Jenny Bede perfectly captures  several different excuses most women make whilst trying to lose a few pounds. Its so easy to relate to this unique and highly humorous viral video, I can honestly say I used ALL of those excuses she lists apart from the one at 43seconds (completely legit reason if you ask me, I'm using it in future excuse making scenarios).

I can totally relate to all of the excuses highlighted within this short video. The part about eating your way through sad films is me all over; The Note Book (film mentioned in the clip) also happens to be my favourite film of all time.I can remember polishing a box of 50 Thorntons chocolates off when Jack Duckworth passed away in Corrie a few years back, the part where he then met his late wife before walking into the light REALLY sent me over the edge, I was an inconsolable blubbering wreck.

Fact is, women are very funny creatures we sometimes cry over the silliest of things & often make excuses to justify our bizarre eating habits. I have been on every kind of diet imaginable, I often change week-to-week (hey i get bored easily) my Boyfriend thinks Iv got some sort of split nutritional personality as one day Ill be on one weight-loss plan & then if that fails Ill change to another which justifies my consuming endless amounts of chocolate Haha.

We tell ourselves that simply because 'Its my Birthday' 'Its only Christmas once a year' 'Its only a small piece' then its not going to do that much harm. However, if your prone to using said excuses several times through a single day then it clearly begins to be counter productive (hence any weight gain).

Discovering this video really has made my day, its already been replayed 5 times and made me chuckle countless times.....Andrew thinks it could have quite possibly been written JUST about me.
please take a few moments to watch it and have a little chuckle to yourself.
