I understand that every woman is different (many don't even have a monthly cycle, boy aren't they the lucky ones); symptoms vary across different individuals.... Some get touchy or emotional, some bloat, some have chronic back ache, Me?... well I get mega munchie! Like most woman I notice the signs and know when to welcome Mother Nature's unwanted gift, its usually about the same time I start eyeing up the entire contents of the fridge.
I feel like a savage beast during those daunting seven days, no food is safe, all food will be considered. When I weighed nearly 5stone heavier than I do now I will quite openly admit to even retrieving pizza out of the bin (it really was cleaner int here than you'd think) I was THAT desperate to satisfy the craving.
Today Iv not helped things in the slightest by deciding to do a spot of baking and creating a few dozen lemon drizzle slices which will without a doubt last until this evening.
I'm starting to think that the only way to prevent me from gaining serious weight over this next week is to lock myself in a room, or perhaps have my mouth wired shut ( Extreme but necessary Ha Ha). On the plus side its a small blessing that I start a run of night shift tomorrow night & therefore will be asleep during my peak munching hours.
HELP! I have serious issues. Thank goodness its not a permanent fixture hey.
