New approach....

New Challenge....
Everyone at work seems to be losing weight with Myfitnesspal...an online programme which monitors the calories you eat each day....this site seriously has every food imaginable where as my Weightwatchers catalogue is sometimes short of basically everything.

I plan to try this new diet regime out for 2 weeks and if it doesnt work then Ill resort back to my WW Plan which I am currently paying monthly for. I do like Weightwatchers but some days it seems I do nothing BUT work out points....Myfitnesspal will create lots of free time for me, time I can spend enjoying life.

Its proven to have great sucess as my Partner has himself already lost nearly a stone from doing this in just 4 weeks. the fact that everyone from work appears to be on it means that I can at least feel supported by those around me as well as sharing ideas between friends.

Here goes nothing.
