Determination!

For every woman out there that's ever tried dieting you would all agree that there's nothing worse in the world than sticking to it, being good and NOT loosing any weight at the end of the week. Last week i had a big loss but this week NOTHING! I'm going have to sit down and reassess a few things like how much bread, pasta or fizzy pop I have through the week. If I eat any more salad I may just turn into a bloody tomatoe. I want to have reached the half way mark (another 20lbs to go) before Christmas this year. I just feel so fed up at the moment and not to mention slightly confused.

  1. Keep positive! Sometimes we just get weeks where we lose nothing, or very little, after being good all week.

    Reassessing is good. Personally- I eat a lot of carbs (pasta,rice and potatoes) and still lose. If you are active- do a lot of walking or whatever, carbs are good because they'll just burn off.
