Eating too much still!

As of last week I started to exercise almost daily on JUSTDANCE2.....once again its been a very bitter sweet experience. I lvoe exercising and feeling good about myself but its just the part where I have to drag my fat arse off of the sofa that's causing problems for me. Iv concluded that the reasons Iv not lost any weight in the past 2weeks is because although I'm exercising lots, Im still eating too much.....this past 2week Iv been for 2 large meals out and eaten a homecooked Chinese buffet big enough to feed Pavorotti. So, although Iv not gained any weight Iv also not lost any which is very annoying for me.

If Im ever going to achieve my target of 13.5stone by July 2o12 I need to get a move on! So, Iv set myself four milestone goal as I think it'll be easier to manage and take this journey a stone at a time.

By Xmas: Loose 1stone (10 weeks= Average 1.5lbs Pw)
By My Birthday (Feb 9th): Loose 1stone (6.5 weeks= Average 2lbs Pw)
By April 30th: Loose 1stone (11 weeks= Average 1.2lbs Pw)
By July 31st: Loose 1stone (24 weeks= Average 0.5lbs Pw)

Basically, the motto of this post is...."Eat less, move more!"
