The truth is, i couldnt feel more awful this week! Firstly, I have the Flu...sneezing, snotting, aching and a general feeling of being run down One things for sure...Its hard to feel sexy when you are ill. Last night proved how laughter really is the best medicine...I went to see some of my lovely work friends for a meal where I unfortunatley stuffed my face to try get over my illness. Secondly, Mother nature has paid me a unwelcomed visit...as a result (like many other woman during their monthly cycle) Im left feeling unattractive, fat and craving everything that's edible!
When I'm ill all I want to do is eat homely things like chicken noodle soup and beef stew...both good but in certain quantities they're sure to ruin your diet for the week.
On a brighter note...Andrew (my other half) has now followed in my blogging footsteps and began to document his journey too. His blog is a great one called 'Food lovers way to diet' which focuses on eating yummy hearty meals whilst still losing weight, its something he's done since the beginning and has lost lots of weight so far so its clearly working. I'm going to try really hard NOT to give into comfort food this week as I fight against my temporary illness and my 'female problems'.
