Uplifting boost

Weighing yourself and noticing a difference on the scales is quite admittedly a fabulous feeling. However, its even more fulfilling when collegues compliment you and recognise the effort you've invested in to loosing weight.

These comments motivate you more than any self help book or confidence building tool, it helps you to find the determinations from within.

It just goes to show that since making the decision to ditch all faddy/gimmicky diets really paid off. Opting to simply reduce my portions and make wiser decisions about food has really worked for me. I am excited and intregued to weigh myself a week on Monday....BRING IT ON!

My aim is to be atleats a stone lighter by my Las Vegas holiday in November.
