Current weight 16.2stone. Yay! I lost 3 of 4 pounds I gained last week by eating salads, munching celery sticks and generally sticking to a low calorie intake diet.

I started my monthly cycle yesterday which is annoying as every woman knows that you weigh heavier during you week with Mother Nature. Who knows! Maybe I could have lost that extra pound. Ah well I guess I'll find out next week.
