There's no worse feeling than when you try on a dress that fitted your perfectly 6 weeks ago only to find it makes you feel (and look) like a hippo!Its amazing how the body can change so much in just a short space of time.
Similarly, the body can change for the better just as quickly as it can change for the worse.
I purchased a lovely shirt from New Look last year and was a little disappointed when I got it home as I suddenly realised it didn't really fasten up due to the sheer mass of my belly. I therefore opted to wear this item over the top of a vest and always kept it open because it wouldn't fasten.
This morning as I was getting ready for work, I randomly decided to try on the lovely butterfly shirt I had purchased all those months ago as I was curious as to whether or not it would now fit. If im completely honest I never expected what came next and had fully set myself up to experience the upset of yet another non fastening top.
But...No!...RESULT! It fastens perfectly and this amazing discovery has totally made my day, I shall go to work skipping and smiling this afternoon.
If anything, these little amazing moments encourage my mission further and remind me that all the sacrifice and struggling is clearly worth it!
