Some good quality Ham, New Potatoes, Coleslaw, Beetroot and a few bits of Rabbit food!
Seeing as I royally messed my '15stone challenge' up last week due to a weekend of hardcore socialising, Iv had to cut back big time for Mondays weigh in. This week Iv eaten lots of salads and replaced myself to just one glass of pepsimax with  my evening meals.

I'm really hoping that by replacing those gassy drinks with a much healthier water alternative it will make a bigger difference. i really WILL be truely elated when I finally manage to get into that 15stone club; the thing that makes it most frustrating is the fact Im so close. Naughty me, I had a sneeky weigh in (I had to because i was so determined to lose the 4pounds gained last week) and discovered that id lost 3 out of the 4pounds (so far).

Its not alll been good though, I worked 4 night shifts this week which meant I slept throughout the day and then did a 12hour stint at work and scoffed 3 chocolate bars from the vendor one night to make up for the fact id only eaten a Co-op Sarni that day. It was that mini binge that led me to the premature weigh in but no real harm was done...RESULT!

Tomorrow there's a Sunday dinner but I'm determined to opt for more veggies instead of gravy and Yorkshire pudding. Other changes include the weekly shop; yesterday we went and didn't buy ANYTHING unhealthy, that trolley look SWEEEETTT! I have a few days off from work this week so Iv stocked up with healthy nibbles such as Celery, Humus, Prawns and Watermelon which will hopefully aid my loss this week. Additionally, we refused to buy any bread which normally is a huge part of our shopping budget.

Fingers crossed for weigh-in on Monday, As usual I'll keep you all posted.
