Zumba Nay! JustDance Yay!

After several people advising me to try the new Zumba workout for the Wii I finally caved in and yesterday became the proud owner of said game. Iv been strictly sticking to my JustDance work out for the past 2 weeks doing between 30-60 minutes a day (give or take a few days when I did other exercise). I was expecting mega results and liked what i was hearing from other friends who are also trying to fight the flab.

My verdict? The biggest let down since my own Father, the biggest waste of money since those 10" heels I bought a years ago.

Three reasons why I totally hated it:
1) The game is supposed to be a great work out and aid weight loss yet the belt that comes with the product doesn't fit ME and I'm sure there are even bigger people out there who would like to give it a go. It left me feeling worse than I did before I started, so fat and bulky. However I decided to be strong and continue as I'm super dedicated to achieving this 4stone goal.

2) The game didnt really give any instruction on how to follow the routine, those people look like professionals and im far from just that. I prefer JustDance as it gives you a 3 second warning along the bottom of the screen instructing you what to do next.

3) Overall, although I tried desperatley to make myself like this product my body simply didn't have the same reaction to the workout. Just 10 minutes into a JustDance workout I am clearly sweaty and I can feel every part of my body working hard....this game? nothing! Yes I could feel it working but not to the same extent as my beloved and reliable JustDance routine.

In conclusion, I find my preferred choice as its much more enjoyable and clearly works my body alot harder than Zumba. I respect that everybody will prefer different things but where many have praised Zumba, I wish I'd never bothered buying it.
